Damon Canfield is an experienced lawyer with a practice emphasizing marital and family law and personal injury law.
Damon is a graduate of the Seattle University School of Law (J.D. 1998) and Washington State University (B.A. in Political Science, 1991). During law school Damon was an active member of the Student Bar Association, and led the Harry S. Truman chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, the largest international law fraternity.
Damon is admitted to practice before the Washington State Bar, the Tulalip Tribal Court and the Swinomish Tribal court. His practice is concentrated in domestic relations/family law, district court criminal defense, and personal injury law.
Damon is a currently a member of the Washington State Bar Association's Family Law and Criminal Law sections. He is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (WSTLA), and served briefly as interim trustee to the Washington State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division (WYLD) in 1999. Before becoming a lawyer, Damon was previously employed by Washington Natural Gas.
Damon resides in Everett, WA. His hobbies include golf, wine collecting and writing haiku poetry.
