Richard A. Bailey is an experienced lawyer who has earned the highest rating of AV from the Martindale-Hubbell directory. He practices in the areas of hospital law, corporate law, real estate and estate planning. Richard is admitted to practice before the Washington State Bar, the United States District Court for Western Washington, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Richard was born and raised in Ferndale, Washington. After graduation from Ferndale High School, he attended and received a degree in Political Science from Western Washington State College. Before entering the University of Washington School of Law, he worked for the United States Department of Labor. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1967 and began practicing law with Robert C. Bibb in Arlington.
Richard was the judge at Cascade District Court from 1975 to 1980. He is a former President of the Snohomish County Bar Association and is a former President of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce.
Richard's hobbies include boating, fishing and hunting.
