A Tradition of Legal Excellence Since 1954
Bailey, Duskin, Peiffle & Canfield, P.S. has a long history of providing quality legal services.
Established by Robert C. Bibb in 1954, our law firm added Richard A. Bailey in 1967 and David E. Duskin in 1974. Bibb left the firm in 1974 to become a Snohomish County Superior Court Judge. Steven J. Peiffle joined the firm in 1984 and was later followed by Damon H. Canfield in 1999.
United by a commitment to professional excellence, our attorneys have more than 100 years of combined experience.
To us, quality means efficient and cost-effective service. We offer pragmatic representation, and we will not overwork a problem to generate fees.
Knowledge and Experience
Our lawyers have extensive knowledge and experience in a range of practice areas, including real estate, probate, estate planning and family law.
We represent all types of businesses, residents throughout Snohomish County, and several municipalities, including the City of Arlington.
We are admitted to practice before state, federal, and tribal courts, and we have proven courtroom skills as civil litigation attorneys.
Among our other legal experience, Richard A. Bailey served as Cascade District Court Judge. David Duskin assisted him as judge pro-tem and court commissioner. Our lawyers have experience as arbitrators as well.
Richard A. Bailey is AV* Preeminent Peer Review Rated, and David E. Duskin and Steven J. Peiffle are each BV* Distinguished Peer Review Rated through Martindale-Hubbell. In addition, Steven Peiffle has been named in Washington Super Lawyers.
