Bailey, Duskin, Peiffle & Canfield, P.S. is a personal service law firm providing clients with extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation, real estate, probate and domestic law. The firm was established by Robert C. Bibb, in 1954. Richard A. Bailey joined the firm in 1967 and was later followed by David E. Duskin in 1974. In 1974 Bibb left the firm to become a Snohomish County Superior Court Judge. Steven J. Peiffle joined the firm in 1984, and Damon H. Canfield joined the firm in 1999. Laura Hoskins became associated with the firm in 2007.

Throughout the many years of service to Arlington and surrounding communities, Bailey, Duskin, Peiffle & Canfield has represented a wide variety of corporate, municipal, business and individual clients, each with challenging legal matters. Representative institutional clients include the City of Arlington, Cascade Valley Hospital, several Fire Protection Districts, Copeland Lumber Yards Inc., and the Arlington School District.

The experience and services provided by Bailey, Duskin, Peiffle & Canfield extend beyond individual client representation. Between the years of 1974 and 1980, Richard A. Bailey served as Cascade District Court Judge, and David Duskin assisted him as judge pro-tem and court commissioner. Both Richard Bailey and Steven Peiffle have served as the Snohomish County Bar President. Bailey, Duskin and Peiffle have each served as President of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Steven Peiffle has been the Arlington City Attorney since 1988. All the firm’s lawyers have served on numerous community boards and committees.
