Bailey, Duskin, Peiffle & Martin, P.S. has a long history of providing quality legal services.

Established by Robert C. Bibb in 1954, Richard A. Bailey joined the firm in 1967 and David E. Duskin in 1974. Bibb left the firm in 1974 to become a Snohomish County Superior Court Judge. Steve Peiffle joined the firm in 1984 and Breanne W. Martin joined the firm in 2012.  Bradley Neunzig joined the firm in 2015.

Richard Bailey and David Duskin retired in 2016 and 2015, respectively, after 49 and 41 years of practice, respectively.  Richard Bailey passed away in 2017.

Knowledge and Experience

Our lawyers have extensive knowledge and experience in a range of practice areas, including real estate, probate, personal injuryestate planning and family law.

We represent all types of businesses, residents throughout Snohomish County, and several municipalities, including the City of Arlington.

We are admitted to practice before state, federal, and tribal courts, and we have proven courtroom skills as civil litigation attorneys.

Steve Peiffle has previously served as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem and Court Commissioner Pro Tem and currently serves as the Arlington City Attorney and counsel to Public Hospital District #3.  Lawyers in the firm have experience as arbitrators and mediators as well.

The firm and Steve Peiffle are AV* Preeminent Peer Review Rated, and Bradley E. Neunzig is BV* Distinguished Peer Review Rated through Martindale-Hubbell. In addition, Steve Peiffle has been designated a Washington Super Lawyer.

Community Involvement

We are involved in the legal community as members of the Washington State Bar Association, the Snohomish County Bar Association, and the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys. Steve Peiffle has served as president of the Snohomish County Bar Association and Brad Neunzig has served on its board of trustees.

Our lawyers are also dedicated to nonprofit involvement. We have served in leadership roles with and are frequent supporters of non-profit events for Snohomish County United Way, Snohomish County Legal Services, the Stillaguamish Senior Center, the Arlington-Smokey Point Chamber of Commerce, Housing Hope, the Arlington Rotary Club, Arlington Kiwanis Club, American Cancer Society and other nonprofit organizations.

Contact us to discuss your case. Our office is located near the intersection of Highways 9 and 530. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and evening and weekend appointments are offered by pre-arrangement. We accept all major credit cards.
